I love photography and have my camera on me 99.999% of the time. I've been a fan ever since I was a little kid and decided why not make a go of it?
I was lucky enough to learn the awesomeness of photography at a young age while flipping through the pages of National Geographic. Each photo took me on a journey into a far away land. From those early moments, I have had a passion for photography. I was always taking seemingly random photos of a row of cars lined down the street or the flame flickering from the lit candle and spending what my friends thought was way too much time taking photos of our adventures. But I never fully understood how much I loved it until I took my first Photography class. The moment we set our cameras to manual, it was like everything clicked. I saw the world through a new set of eyes, opened up to a realm of possibilities. I could create images exactly the way I wanted them to look. Ever since, I have carried my camera with me everywhere I go. Experimenting and teaching myself different techniques, continually surprised by all the possibilities. I knew I wanted to be a Photographer and share my discoveries with as many people as possible. My dream is that I will be able to impact people the way that the photos from the National Geographic inspired me.
